You’re always wise
Great vlog. Happy travels back
I recognized LaGuardia immediatly as you walked in!
You are Chater , shameful person
i recently visited NYC i loved it there a trip to NYC was a dream trip of mine it was so cool to have a dream vacation
To be honest, I’d watch entire 30 minute video with commentary on how to bid a schedule, what each decision means, etc. probably do terrible numbers on RUclips but I’d watch
I stopped because it was so expensive. I stopped at 93 hours. I finished the Private and I was halfway through the IFR. It's been 10 years. But I'm thinking of coming back. It's hard though. Because I just paid off all my debt. I have a 3 year old now. I'm trying to come up with a good plan to pay for the rest. I looked into women's aviation. But they want you to hang out. I only have time for training. I don't have time for anything extra.
What if I only just get 4-5 in my GCSE’s?
Ty brother 🙌🏼 love the videos 🛬🛬🛬✈️🛩️
I like how the time the video ends is 737
U make it look so fun and interesting. 😅
So the more you fly the more money?
Excellent video I love it ❤
As a CFI with 715 hours, I am very ready for the next step! Been watching you for so long, keep up the great vids!
Great going...
Hey garret do you recommend college or part 61 schools for perspective airline pilots coming out of highschool
$1mil as an airline pilot is really $500k after the impending divorce for never being home from working so much. If your marriage survives, your health definitely will not. Live a modest life and work as little as you can. Best advice I was given in my career…

Glad for you getting that bag, but I find it disappointing that airlines still try to give pilots even more money, meanwhile mechanics barely top off at $100k while getting exposed to chemicals and physical injuries.
He's a 737 pilot, how is he an international pilot?
Dude, y your so handsome?😅, u look like a pilot while I look like a hamster 😂😂😂
Hi Garrett! I just started flight school 2 days ago and I absolutely love your videos!
If pilots can only fly 1000 hours per year, how do you get to a million? If he flies every trip at 150%, if his base rate is $200/hr, that's still only $300k/yr. Do DH hours not count towards flight hours? If that's the case, let's say a pilot flies 1000 hours and DH 1000 hours. All at time and a half. $200x1.5x2k is still only $600k. What am I missing to get to $1m? Are we factoring in profit sharing? Per diem?
Yea I definitely can’t make that at my rate. These are typically captains.
My impossible love forever ❤
You will have no life if you do this. Chasing the dollar is foolish. Family and faith are far more important. I have been in the business 28 years and I’ve seen many divorces and family breakups.
Family first for me. But it’s nice to know you can make extra money if you need/want to.
I’m also in the business. I’ve always found this sentiment to be misguided. Work smarter, not harder. 3 days of pay for 1 day of work sounds amazing. You can chase cheddar and have excellent quality of life with your wife and children at the same time. Try harder.
7:37 good one
Really enjoyed this one - especially love the trip vlogs
I wish the pilots with the most experience would be allowed to fly until they want to retire. My best flights over the past 50 years have been with seasoned pilots.
❤❤❤
Checkride for PPL next week! I’ll y’all up there soon🤙🏽
I’m convinced pilots put captions such as this for pure clickbait at this point.
Good 👍 job!!! ✈
Funny coincidence that the video about pilots is 7:37 long ;)
8.6 hours in the logbook so far at my little Part 61. 52 years old and took the FAA a year to make sure I could get a 1sr class medical, so you can bet I’ll take advantage of some of this premium pay once I get in the cockpit.
I have heard soo many Negative comments about ATP school.
Awesome video garrett. Looking good buddy
You and PilotPete could be brothers, make that $$$$$😊😊😊😊
Didn’t realize you were on international. For some reason, I thought you were domestic.
love this kind of content!
I always pray for you more success in life and good health 🙏❤️ Sir Garrett ❤️❤️❤️.
Beautiful hound!!!!
You look like a goofball walking around the airport and terminal with your selfie stick.
If he doesn't care about it while doing it he certainly doesn't care about your comment
What's the shade of your veneers? Is it bleach 1 or 2?
Is there an amount of time that legally you are suppose to remain grounded?.
OMG. As a retired Flight Attendant with 37 years of service, I can tell you it takes 4 or 5 years to understand how we are paid and how to carefully bid a schedule. One example: Pay. Three formulas are applied to every trip you work. All three are calculated if you are on a turnaround, two-, three-, or seven-day trip. When I was recruiting and teaching, all instructors dreaded explaining pay formulas. When teaching, the last thing you want is for the entire class to look at you and be clearly somewhat lost. That could and must be corrected immediately. But if you want to see a confusing class, take a look after attempting to explain three different pay formulas. (Calculating the total number of minutes from sign-in to 35 after returning to base, even on four-day trips. Divide by 60, then divide by 210, the number of seconds in 3.5 minutes, and divide that by 60. This ensures you are paid flight hour pay during long layovers. Want an example? Sign in at the base and return and return and release 96 hours later. Actual flying/working hours 18 hours. So: 96x60=5,760 (total minutes.) 5,760x60=345,600(seconds) If the contract requires at least 1 minute of pay for every 3.5 minutes for the entire 96 hours, the next step is to divide 345,600 seconds by 210 seconds or 3.5 minutes=1,645.71429 seconds. Divide that by 60 (seconds)=27.48. So, for the 96 hours you were "at work," you only flew 18 hours; the pay formula requires you to be paid 27 hours and 48 minutes at your hourly pay rate. If you are confused consider yourself normal. I am happy to have been retired for 10.5 years. All I do is make sure my retirement check ends up in my checking account on the first banking day of each month. Be safe. You can have it.
Do airlines ever assign pilots to different bases or is it 100% up to the pilot if they want to move?
Upgrade and go down to Quito or Bogata with Tstorms and an FO just off high mins. THAT would make for some content. Pre 9-11 guys fly for the passion of aviation, through the furloughs and pandemics, and looking at very junior people providing dissertations from such a limited level of experience is annoying yapping about $$ is unbelievable.
The level of narcissism of newbies in this industry is simply unbelievable… yeah, yeah… you’ve been in the industry 6 years, 3 months and 2 days. $1000000 and of course a RUclips channel. Uh huh…
What airline do you fly for?
Yeah, you'll be lucky if you take home €50k (in Europe). Before taxes. To all the aspiring pilots: don't be fooled. Educate yourselves before starting flight training. And for the record: there is no (zero flight time) pilot shortage. There is a 'captain shortage'. Again, don't be fooled.
The union leaders would frown at this..
